• When the boiler arrives at you, you check it with your eyes, if you determine the harm caused by the transportation in the case of delivery, make sure to forward your complaint to authorized dealer's phone numbers given above to compensate your loss; proceed in accordance with result of the phone call.
• To prevent probable accidients and injuries, please comply with the instructions on the user's guide on the product itself.
• Maintance and cleaning should be made by the and the authorized service in accordance with the user guide and instructions.Timely maintance ensures higher efficiency and long use of the product.
• Use of the spare parts not certified by our firm and the malfuction in connection with the use of these parts is out the company's warranty.Kozlusan may not be held liable for the matters not indicated in the user guide and for the improper use of the unauthorized personel.
• The initial operation and service should be made by Kozlusan authorized dealers or services.
• The system should be open-expansion
• We recomended you not to leave valve arm on the equipment after the initial operation of the boiler and the equipment and neccessary arrangements and settings.
• Do not open the covers while the boiler is in operation
• In manual boilers put out the fire when there is power outage
